Just finished the "Fundamentals of Tech Sales" course! It’s a great intro to the basics of tech sales and covers essential topics well. However, the course is quite short and could benefit from adding practical exercises as assignments to reinforce the concepts.

The quality of the content, between videos is inconsistent. What I liked was the videos on cloud and cybersecurity, and types of customer organisations. This is focused on selling IT services and products to businesses.
