Links to some information are irrelevant to technical writing. Why do I need to read how to revise the draft of a creative story (and the article itself is very hard to read and looks like an emotional post on reddit rather than a professional article too)? Or why do I need to read how to create a good post for a blog? Since the course is about technical writing, I expected it to contain more professional references connected to technical writing and not just writing. Also, the quiz for the 1st module contains 20 questions and at least 6 of them are the same, some are not even rephrazed. The quiz looks sloppily made as if someone just copypasted the questions and didn't bother to proofread it. It gives a bad impression about the course that is all about preparing, revising, proofreading and finalizing the text before publishing it.

Laughably easy. I got my "certificate" by skipping everything after the first module and doing only the quizzes/assignments. I was able to pass everything without watching any videos or reading anything. Does not actually give you many practical ways to dive into technical writing and the tests do not carefully test for useful concepts.

This seems to be the exact same class as "Writing Effective Technical Documentation". Please remove the redundancy.

If you're going to listen to this, just google "Technical Writing" and read the first three articles. You'll learn a lot more in a much shorter amount of time.

I just finished a first module. I find that this course is a good introduction into the field of the technical writing. Lectures are clear and easy to digest. The course also doesn't overload a beginner with too much information.

Love the way the information is broken into short audio and videos with additional readings. The practice quizzes are great preparation. I’ve learned quite a bit after the first module and am ready for more.
