This is a very informative Intro to Industrial Psychology. Having earned a Master Degree in Psychology, I felt right at home exploring a adjacent avenue to my degree. I will say that there are some slides that you will want a basic knowledge in statistics as she discusses standard deviations using some common variables to explain why some theories have more merit than others. She does not go over what the variables mean in terms of statistics however, she does a good job at explaining what the results indicate within the larger context. This course is a lot of information in a short time frame but she is to the point without a lot of fluff witch is exactly what I needed when looking to expand my knowledge base.

Super interesting course! Despite the title, it covers both industrial and organizational psych pretty equally. Lots of theory and studies (as expected of any college-level psych course), but the concepts and connections to the modern-day workplace (AI, diversity, the law, etc.) are really fascinating. The professor leans more on the concise side and doesn't waste time on irrelevant info. Tons of supplemental resources (e.g. readings) are provided on top of the lecture content. Highly recommend this course to anyone interested in learning about workplace science!
