Excellent course. Well organized and structured. Professional professor with a high level of expertise who can explain the theory, concepts, frameworks and tools with ease and clarity, which makes it much easier to implement within case studies. Most importantly, you can gain transferable skills and knowledge, which can easily be implemented within the working environment. Highly Recommended!

This module was my favorite as I learnt so much on how to be a better leader , how to adapt my leadership style and even to recognize if I am a bad leader by looking at psychopathic traits.

It'll be nice if someone could uptade certain parts of the lectures like really old articles, dead links or links that lead to pages that require a paid subscription in order to see the content. Also in weeks one and two the tasks are related to Wework as a good example of a successful organization, however this company has been under fire for months because of a possible fraud to their investors.

This course exceeded my expectations. It didnât just offer career advice or skills trainingâit challenged me to reflect deeply on what work really means, both personally and in society. The concepts of alienation, the spirit of capitalism, and the new spirit of capitalism were presented clearly and applied to real-world contexts in a way that made them feel relevant and urgent. I especially appreciated the balance between theory and personal reflection. The peer review system helped me see how others interpret work across different industries and cultures, which broadened my thinking. If youâre open to questioning your assumptions about success, productivity, and purpose, this course is worth your time. Itâs thought-provoking, practical, and surprisingly moving.
